PPPOE Password Reset Process Change - L2

and Crystal will be inaccessible. Hence,
the password reset or resend shall be done through HOBS CRM.
If in case the customer is not receiving PPPOE password on email or any other issue regarding PPPOE password: Raise BBIT ticker under VLAN Configuration > VLAN change request > Vlan changes and group should be selected as 'Other technician'.
If you are unable to access 'Resend' password option.
Raise a FTR under > Partner/Trade >> User Name/Pwd Related > SR raised > FTR > Mention FE number.
Remarks: Error in PPPOE Password Resend option_Agent Number_L2_Additionally Remarks.
