Please
note, the Invoice password format has been changed applicable on all invoices
after 27 Sep’24.
New password format will be also
applicable for the 20,000 customer base where space was added in the first name
during billing migration.

- Old format (If there is space in first name) –
VAISH (space) NAVI9344
- New format (space will be removed from 1st name) –
VAISHNAVI9344
