Bill / Invoice Password format change

Dear Team,

 

Please note, the Invoice password format has been changed applicable on all invoices after 27 Sep’24.

 

New password format will be also applicable for the 20,000 customer base where space was added in the first name during billing migration.

 

First Name – Vaish Navi, Last Name - Negi

  • Old format (If there is space in first name) – VAISH (space) NAVI9344
  • New format (space will be removed from 1st name) – VAISHNAVI9344

 

Few more examples:

 

First Name: – Sai Aloke, Last Name: Mishra

  • Old – SAI ALOKE7223
  • New – SAIALOKE7223

 

First Name: – Saif Ali, Last Name: Khan

  • Old – SAIFALI9223
  • New – SAIFALI9223
