Invoice/Annexure Training Module
Dear Team,
Please note, a new update:

Update 27 Mar'25: All the customers can now download any annexure from mobile application from September 2024 (Post our billing migration) through "Download Invoice" tab on home page or from Support tab under "Invoice & Annexure" button (This feature is already accessible for Invoices).
- Advisors can now send any annexure available in HOBS / Oneview CRM by click on the email icon, even if it's from a previous date.
- If it has been identified that upon sending from our end, the customer haven't received the annexure. Inbound shall raise NFTR: Bill/Invoice > Monthly Itemised Bill > SR Raised.
- Back-Office will not edit the annexures manually anymore. A BBIT ticket should be raised under: Category: Annexure > Technician: Backoffice IT group.
