Dear Team, 

Please note, a new update:

  1.  Advisors can now send any annexure available in HOBS / Oneview CRM by click on the email icon, even if it's from a previous date.
  2. If it has been identified that upon sending from our end, the customer haven't received the annexure. Inbound shall raise  NFTR: Bill/Invoice > Monthly Itemised Bill > SR Raised.
  3.   Back-Office will not edit the annexures manually anymore. A BBIT ticket should be raised under: Category: Annexure >   Technician: Backoffice IT group.
