Customer Ticket History tab added on the ZOHO desk.

Dear Team,

Accessing customers' ticket history is just a click away (for Back-Office team).

1.   Click on the 'Customer Ticket History' section under 'Ticket' tab. 



2. All tickets raised by the customer, will appear on the left hand side of the screen.
