While raising above service request follow standard format of remarks: LOB_Agent Name_Address [pin-code, state, city, district, building or house
number, and locality]. Customer expecting relocation by DD/MM/YYYY.
For Relocation Team:
In contactable case & Area is RFS: From the time of resolution received from GIS team, relocation order shall be placed within 24 Hrs.
In non-contactable case & Area is RFS: Send WhatsApp communication with Script.
In non-contactable case & Area is NRFS: Send Email communication to the customer.
No relocation order needs to be placed for transfers between 3P to TSBB, TSBB to 3P, and 3P to 3P customers/cases. In such instances, a request should be generated without the need to place an order.
