What is customer would like to change the plan in-between the 12-month
duration?
Yes, you can choose to upgrade your plan speed, by
adjusting the outstanding balance. The difference payable amount must exceed
Rs. 3000. But you must continue to pay the existing EMI. Also, this option is
not applicable in case you choose the downgrade the plan.
3. If
customer, asks for the EMI cancellation/foreclosure?
I certainly understand your query. However, in this
case I would request you to coordinate with your respective bank for the EMI
cancellation request.

How can I opt for the EMI plans?
You can purchase the EMI plans via Tata Play Fiber mobile application. In the recharge section, under the tab ‘No Cost EMI’ respective plans would be available.
Or you can tell me the desired plan name, I will share you the payment link on WhatsApp or SMS to proceed further with recharge.
