JioHotstar back in Tata Play Binge
Hi Team,

Important reiteration:
• No refund tagging for JioHotstar.
• If the customer cannot add or remove the OTT app to JioHotstar through the 1 OTT App platform change the journey tag under JioHotstar not working.
• No compensation can be made if the customer has purchased a standalone subscription. We will need to apologize and tag FTR under JioHotstar back in Binge.
• Don’t use JH abbreviation - write the full form - Jio Hotstar
• Inbound shall transfer the call as per BAU in JioHotstar cases for any issues of streaming or where customer is being asked to subscribe even after the platform shows selected in the list of OTTs on OneView.
