Scenario: A speed test is conducted on Oneview CRM, and the interaction gets automatically tagged.
New Update: In that interaction "Technical > Speed Test," the speed test results will now be automatically filled in the remarks section.



Please find the attachments containing troubleshooting steps for technical scenarios.

Below are the scenarios covered:

  1. No Connectivity
  2. Speed Issue
  3. Frequent Disconnection
Post performing troubleshooting steps, if the issue is unresolved, raise a service request. It is required to select - 'No Connectivity / Speed Issue / Frequent Disconnection - HOBS'. Only then the service request will go to field team for resolution.
