(Minor) Name Correction Process Flow changed
Dear Team,
We have revamped the process for (Minor) Name Correction Process Flow changed:
1.
The advisors (all LOB) shall raise a name
correction request from HOBS CRM / Oneview CRM by filling in the new name
details and create a tagging.
2.
The tagging will flow to the ‘Approver’ desk,
the approver team will verify the details from POI and will approve or reject
the case.
3.
As per the outcome the approvers will reach out
to the customer to inform those changes has been done.
