Hi L2 Team,

Please find attached the updated document on the following briefing points discussed during the meet: 

  1. Situation: FE (Field Engineer) mentions power level is lower than – 26.5 dBm but the connection is working fine.
  2. Situation: Particular website is not working and you are required to escalate the complaint to L3.
  3. Situation: Recommend the FE to use a Core i5 laptop (or above) to test the 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps connection.
