Latest Update: A new tab invented "My Offer Pitched" (as shown below) - Select the outcome according to the call (Yes/No).
AlertIt is must to select the offers pitched to the customer, in the Oneview CRM >> "Offer" tab by selecting  "Offers Proposed"


Attached is the generic script for Inbound and Non-Voice to pitch on recharge / offer related calls.
