Call Transfer Process of Fiber & DTH (Inbound)
Dear Team,
If any DTH / Binge customer landed on our IVR, they will get a prompt to connect with Binge or DTH team.
Still if the customer chosen to land on our (Fiber) IVR, the agents can transfer the call to Tata Play Binge / DTH team irrespective of the Box is available in account or not.
