Auto-Pay Refund and Recovery - Issue Details
Hi Team,
Problem Statement: This is to apprise you that recently an incorrect auto-pay has been done. Due to which in few cases, wrong amount has been debited/credited.
This has been corrected for most of the impacted base.
Probable Customer VOC: However, in case of wrong amount credited few customers are in barred state now, wherein the wallet balance could be available in customers’ account.
Resolution to be provided: Sir/Ma'am, please recharge your account with the latest offers available in the "My Offer" tab to reactivate your account.
If customer disputes on the payment: I would like to inform you that the amount [XX] we have credited has been consumed already.
